Terms & Condition For Return/Exchange

  • In case of Return or Exchange jacket must be returned in original packing and condition with tags attached, we offer 7 days returns/exchange guarantee (except for shipping costs).
  • No refund/ return/ will be issued to the customer ordering  two or more than two products at a single time. This is to ideally restrict the practice of generation of a resale value and return the product in case there is no sale. This is also to discourage the practice of ordering different products for trial and selecting only one.
  • If the return falls outside of the 7 days return period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, Skinler cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund.
  • Product returns can only be accepted if the original label/hangtag have not been removed.
  • Unworn return product that have missing label/hangtag may get 50% refund after careful inspection. Please contact us prior to returning/exchanging an item. We will give you a return approval to ensure that your return/exchange is accepted.
  • Customers have to bear charges for both way shipment. Shipping and Handling costs and other charges are non-refundable. Customer will have to pay shipment duty if there will be any. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
  • If your chosen size doesn’t fit you well or you didn’t liked the jacket so 20% restocking fees will be applied.

Our warehouses are located world wide like in USA, European Countries, South Asian Countries and in Middle East Countries. Before returning for shipping contact us at support@skinler.com to get your return address.

Return/Exchange Method:

  • Pack the merchandise securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.
  • Ask for return shipping address on the following email address,

Do add the Order details slip with the merchandise.

  • Package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method like USPS or any Insured Parcel Post.

General

Our aim for customer satisfaction always comes first that is why we inspect each piece carefully before being shipped. Our return policy is set for 7 days of delivery. You can return or exchange almost everything within 7 days of delivery for a full Refund or Exchange.

Once we have received your merchandise, our team will inspect the product (usually we take 48-72 hours). Once inspection is done you will get your exchanges product in next 15 – 18 days. In case of refund you will be get your refund in next 48-72 hours.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Merchant must detail the return, refund, and cancellation policy clearly on the Website to inform Cardholders of their rights and responsibilities

The customer is entitled for refund in following cases:

  • Wrong product received by the merchant
  • Products has some defects
  • Product damaged in shipping
  • Product is tampered

Custom made items and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. These items are specially made for you and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Also please note that in case of returns/exchanges, customers would have to bear shipping charges for both ways. 

Custom Orders

We believe in procedures which is hassle free that is why we provide jackets which fits you perfectly. However, alterations can be made to them after paying very nominal charges usually varying between $5 to $30, depending on the alteration required.

Check-Before-Shipping:

The return chances are always there and later on it become hectic for customers. To reduce the number of return/exchange we follow a Check-Before-Shipping Policy.

Check-Before-Shipping Policy is that we will provide you pictures before shipping the jackets. You can check the design, material and stitching before we dispatch it. So this return reason is easily reduced.

Another reason for return is due to Sizing issue. At the time of Custom ordering our team will contact you and will ask for your Measurements. You need to follow our size guide before giving your Body Measurements. Still if you face any issue in sizing, you can easily return the jacket for alterations. However, you will have to pay shipment charges.

Shipping

We believe in giving relief to customers and reduced their extra cost by offering them Standard Shipping worldwide with very little extra cost. We also offer express delivery for additional charges.

After detailed quality inspection of jackets, We dispatch through best available courier service from DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc. depending upon buyer’s location. After dispatch, shipping usually takes 7-11 business days for the items to be delivered to your doorstep.

We take up to 15-20 working days to ship regular orders. However we dispatch made-to-measure orders within 2-4 weeks and bespoke orders within 8-12 weeks.

We accept and ship orders to all countries except for OFAC Sanctioned Countries. Additional shipment charges may be charged for some countries like Italy, Norway, Brazil, remote areas, etc. We are not responsible for any custom charge/duty asked by customs at your countries. In rare cases this happens and in that case customer will have to deal with these charges themselves. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. We do not ship to PO boxes APO/FPO Address and you need to give us an alternate address where we can ship.

In case of purchase of multiple items, or multiple transactions from the same customers. We usually ship items in one parcel, however, We recommend you to follow up with courier once you are provided the tracking number. Once your order is dispatched we can not reschedule the delivery on a different address, customer will have to contact respected courier company for further actions or a solution.
